What we cover: If your piece arrives with a misprint, a fault, or shipping damage, that's on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it — fast, no drama.

What we don't cover: Change of mind, wrong size chosen, or "my cousin has the same one." Because we make so few, we can't restock or swap sizes after the fact.
